Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Options:
Order Processing
• Standard Ground orders ship within 1–2 business days after the order is submitted.
• Expedited and Overnight orders submitted by 8 AM PST, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), ship the same business day. Orders submitted after 8 AM PST or on weekends and holidays ship the following business day.
• We will send a shipping confirmation to the email address on file when your order ships.
• Your credit card will be billed only for the shipped items.
Delivery Options & Shipping Rates
Delivery times begin after your order ships:
• Standard Ground: 4–7 business days. Free for orders of $50 or more; $8 for orders under $50.
• Expedited Delivery: 2 business days. $15.
• Overnight Delivery: 1 business day. $25.
Holiday Shipping Notice
Our recommended holiday order cutoff is December 14. Orders placed on or before this date will be fulfilled within our standard processing timeframe. We do not guarantee holiday delivery, as shipping carriers may experience delays. We recommend ordering early to allow sufficient transit time.
How do I track my order?
• Customer accounts: Sign in to your account, click the profile icon, and select “Orders.” Click an order to view the carrier’s tracking page. You can also use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
• Guest shoppers: Click the “Track My Order” link in your shipping confirmation email.
Shipping Restrictions
• All items in your order must be shipped to a single shipping address.
• A valid United States address is required.
• We do not ship to third-party shippers, PO boxes, or military addresses.
• Expedited and Overnight Delivery are not available for Alaska or Hawaii.
• Orders containing products with ingredients or formulations designated as hazardous under the Federal Transportation Law can be shipped by Standard Ground only.
